Mandelbrot Scenes and Animations

Various scenes from the classic Mandelbrot set are illustrated on this page. If you have a JavaScript enabled browser and you pass your mouse over an image, you will also see an animation that zooms into the image. But the animations are large files, which may cause time delays on slow connections.
